My experience at Bubbles was nothing short of amazing. From the second I arrived I felt so comfortable through their friendliness and professionalism of what treatments I was getting. I have had some many compliments since and I am so happy with my blonde highlights and 72 treatment! Five stars, five stars, five stars!
