Poor shellac manicure - messy, little gaps, a bit of polish spilled over onto my fingers, top coat not covering the whole nail. It was very disappointing especially given the price

Disappointing as the salon called while I was on my way to say they didn’t actually have any availability so I am now waiting on a refund. The lady was nice and tried to resolve it but it’s disappointing none the less
