Unfortunately the salon was closed when I turned up to my pre-paid booking. Nobody answered the phone and haven’t heard anything from the salon since. Thankfully treatwell refunded my money but I can’t get back the travel/time wasted.

This place is a FRAUD! They cancelled my appointment 2 hrs before it was supposed to take place and then kept my pre-paid money despite the fact that they said they would refund and that they were the ones who cancelled. Customer service also seems to be unable to reach them. DON’T GO THERE!!
