With a Master’s degree in Osteopathy, Stelian is also certified in Dry Needling, holds a Level 4 certification in Personal Training focusing on Strength and Conditioning, and a Level 3 certification in Sports Massage. His diverse background is further enriched by a Bachelor’s in Law from Eastern Europe, reflecting his unwavering pursuit of excellence. Recognised as one of the UK's top massage therapists at the 2022 National Massage Championship, Stelian's dedication and expertise are evident in every session. With over a decade of hands-on experience in physiotherapy, sports therapy, and personal training, Alina is a passionate and highly skilled practitioner dedicated to helping clients recover from musculoskeletal injuries and optimise their physical performance. A British citizen based in London for more than 14 years, she blends clinical knowledge with fitness expertise to deliver truly personalised care. Alina holds a BSc in Physiotherapy with a focus on MSK Sports Injuries from The National Academy of Physical Education and Sports in Bucharest, as well as a second degree in Physical Education and Sports. Her approach integrates manual therapy, deep tissue massage, dry needling (medical acupuncture), cupping therapy, and tailored rehabilitation programmes, ensuring a holistic treatment experience. Whether working in clinical settings like Ludgate Clinic or coaching clients one-on-one at UNTIL Soho, Alina is known for her adaptability, intuitive understanding of movement, and dedication to helping each individual return to their best. She specialises in strength and conditioning, postural correction, and injury prevention, with a keen interest in functional recovery and sports-specific performance.
