I'm sorry to leave a negative review because the girl who did my nails was very sweet, but after my first and only visit to this salon I can safely say I won't be returning. I've been left with nails of all different shapes, raggedy edges and one nail in particular which is very noticeably shorter than the rest of them. I brought this up several times but was told I was wrong to the point where I gave up on bringing it up again. £50 for acrylic infills and gel polish is expensive, but I'm happy to pay it if it's deserving quality. I've paid much less elsewhere for a better outcome. I won't be returning or recommending.

I really enjoyed my session. It was a relaxing hour in a clean environment and my cuticles were taken care of really well. I would definitely go for another session but my only feedback is that the paint job was slightly rushed and the lines weren’t completely clean. But my nail technician still did a great job!

Staff were nice and friendly however the quality of my manicure (gel) wasn’t great. Some edges left either unpainted or not enough top coat applied. The nail varnish is not consistently applied so leaving some parts lighter and other darker. I might return to the venue to ask them to rectify this.
Please note that I didn’t get a pedicure, rated it just to compete the review otherwise it won’t let me submit.
