The venue was lovely and clean, but I was not met with a warm response.
I was asked if I wanted music on the room itdid not feel warm and relaxing, my therapist was slightly rude in her manner.
The back massage was lovely and I don’t know if she spent to long on that but then my facial was rushed, I was asked if I wanted an extra service for extra cost i polite declined, got the feeling she didn’t like that, also someone came in the room before finishing and took the music, i wouldn’t return
