Signage outside needs to state your business clearly.
Felt the facial was not as ' detailed than others l have had.l have never 'finished' after the face pack without a further treatment.
Head massage was OK but treatment was not for duration stipulated.
No offer to use facility to wash my hair after head treatment ( l did ask for oil as l thought it would help with friction) luckily l had hat to cover my oily hair
