I had a lovely massage, eyebrow shape and tint, my therapist was lovely and kind and did a great job.
There was no music in the therapy room, so I could hear people outside chatting and after my treatment there was nowhere to wait, as there's only one chair in reception. The chair is awkwardly placed and as there was 2 of us, I decided to go to the shops, so my nan could have the chair whilst she waited for my mum.

I couldn't fault my therapist, she was fantastic and even though we turned up late (we had rang to let them know) they still facilitated us the best they could. My therapist did an excellent job, she was caring and knew what she was doing.
My dissatisfaction was with the facilties. The kitchen was self-service and wasn't the best stocked or cleanest. The therapy area is tiny and the music system had been stolen, so I could hear chatting throughout my massage, not relaxing at all!

Had amazing experience Kendra was so attentive . And her massage really helped my sore neck shoulders . Really was 1st class therapy. I had my nails done to . Was supportive and informative with colours and done lovely tasteful job .only thing I’d say is I’d ask different oil for massage as my skin felt itchy later on . That was only issue .
