I had paid for an hour of pamper package and advised the representative over the phone I want to use an hour towards facial when booking an appointment. On arrival I was told I am booked in for 45 minutes instead of an hour. I was told I will need to pay extra £5 for face steam. How can a facial come without a face steam? The quality of the sponge used to wipe the product of the face was to harsh, it gave a burning sensation.
