My daughter and I had booked in for massages and facials. It was my daughter’s first time having treatments and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience, as did I.
The service from booking through to the time at Butterfly Allure was very professional. The Richmond is a gorgeous venue too.
Both of the ladies who attended to us were welcoming and friendly and my daughter and I got the relaxing time that we had been looking forward to for many, many months.

I had the most amazing facial and massage from Robyn. From the moment to entered the room Robyn was so attentive and helpful. I got my offer in wowcher but I would 100% pay the full price originally advertised.
Robyn asked several times regarding the pressure which I think was great as she kept me in mind at all times, she advised me on different what jobs I had regarding skin care etc. I can’t wait to rebook!
