The salon is in an open-plan apartment in a hotel, with no separate rooms (you can hear people in reception during the treatment). The massage bed had a cold plastic covering and no towels, and there was a neck support cushion over the hole (with makeup stains on). I wasn’t sure if the bed had been cleaned since the previous client. Although the staff are friendly, I’m not sure they are trained massage therapists. There was no health form to fill out on arrival, and the massage lacked pressure.

Lovely girl but cut two of my cuticles.so they bled. Colour rubbed off a.little on thumb before end of treatment which she said was me touching the dryer...but it also happened on several other fingers slightly. Protective coating peeling off on middle finger on second day after.
I still tipped! But won't be going back.
