I was very happy with the staff and treatment but the actual treatment area was very sparse and had no atmosphere. There was no music and no tea or coffee offered. For our pamper hour it was a little underwelming. The treatment area was like a cavern and had no natural light. The staff were very skilful and this made up for the underground location.
