Jilpa was friendly, but nail job wasn't very professional. Left visible nail particles under polish, polish started getting off after a few days.

Parking was not so simple. I wasn't greeted with a welcoming arrival. The room was extremely small without allocated space for belongings. There is a door that separates you from the hair salon, but once opened, you are directly exposed to whoever is seated near the door, which isn't great for privacy. In terms of hygiene, the masseuse could have worn a face mask as she had a cold. I wasn't too fussed but others may be especially as she has to breathe through her mouth.

From booking time it unpleasant when Central reception Monika took my confirmation, I arrived following day as planned but when I called her she said no booking was made. However I rebooked and got the following day. On arrival I was flabberghasted how dreary/untidy/uncleaned the place was. The treatment room had a massage table with a hole at upper end which is smelly and not cleaned - smelled of other peoples bad breath and I had to ask for tissue to cover up. It overlooked a full-up bin!!
