Unfortunately I had a really awful experience at Butterfly. Everything I asked for was ignored and I am really upset with my haircut. I asked for a trim and she took 5 inches off. I asked for all one length and she gave me layers and feathering, and there is also just a large chunk of hair an inch shorter than the rest. It looks like a toddler cut my hair and I am unable to wear it down anymore. I will have to go pay another salon to fix it. Do not go here, she ruins hair.

Neli is very experienced and cut my hair with attentiveness and skill. Not a rushed job, yet it didn’t take long! The blow-dry was fantastic too! She also made me a lovely cup of coffee and offered biscuits too. Very happy overall. Thank you Neli.
