Roxana was friendly, professional, gave advice for my dry skin, she was efficient and respectful. it's not 5 stars just because it wasn't a thorough job and some parts were missed but otherwise good!

Very good removal of gel - done delicately without a drill to avoid damaging the natural nail. Extremely thorough and the manicure still looks amazing a week on. Will return.
