As soon as I arrived at Beauty @ Rapport I was given a very warm welcome by more than one team member. As I waited for my appointment to start I was offered a selection of drinks and Julie (my beautician) met me and talked me through the treatment and the various options available - so I felt I could make the right choice for me about the treatment.
The tan was quick and easy - although I never felt rushed - the room was larger than most tanning room so less claustrophobic - and I really felt at ease. Julie was very conscientious and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. I will definitely return as soon as my tan fades!

I've had my eyelashes permed 3 times now at Beauty@rapport and I'm never disappointed! The staff are lovely and welcoming and do a great job everytime - the value for money here is great as well. Would 100% recommend everytime.

really nice ladies and lovely place! had my nails done by the mother, looked fab in the salon but under close inspection they are not the best quality, parts of my nail were not painted and the top coat was over my fingers not just my nails, and 7 of 10 nails have big chips in them or have completely come off after just over a week. staff were lovely though and the price was reasonable
