When you walk into Rapport Hair and Beauty you are welcomed straight away, everyone is very friendly and professional. The therapist's are very knowledgeable and very health and safety conscious, which is paramount when you are having any sort of colour etc.

Eyebrow threading took a lot longer than expected, but very thorough. She left the eyebrows a bit thinner than I would have liked, but still a really nice shape. She plucked quite a few hairs, which I wasn't expecting, thought the whole process would involve threading. Was a bit more painful than I'm used to from my usual threader. Alex was really nice though and very friendly, easy to chat to.

Alex was lovely and made me feel comfortable throughout my spray tan! And was accommodating as I was running a little late!! Would defo recommend :)

Only improvement would be to soundproof the room. The music hid most of the noise but could still hear other staff/customers outside the room
