Arrived on time but had to wait 20 minutes with no apology or warning. As treatment was delayed it was rushed, cuticles were cut too low and wouldn’t stop bleeding. Kirstie didn’t feel the need to tell me and continued the treatment whilst cleaning the blood away so I wouldn’t notice. I noticed when I got home, my feet were throbbing with a possible infection 😣 BIAB started to peel away. Kirstie advised no refunds but my next app free, I explained this isn’t ideal so is now ignoring me.

Save your money and time and don't visit this salon. They are very unprofessional, it doesn't seem to be very hygienic either. The equipment used seemed to be bought on Amazon for £20 (I own a similar lamp). On top of that, they cannot do nails to a professional level but charge as they are professionals.
