First time with Kristie and it will not be a last! I am very picky about my nails and she got it exactly how I wanted them and exceeding my expectations! I am looking forward to becoming a regular client. Very welcoming, friendly, the cleanliness was on point and I there is not one bad thing I can say about my experience.

Really poor experience, I feel like I've been scammed! Kristie had double booked me, meaning she squeezed a 1h appt into 30 mins. My french biab looked lumpy, the french tip was unfinished, I had several cuts on my fingers, and my cuticles were flooded! Contacted her straight away and no reply. Also contacted treatwell who said Kristie is ignoring their calls/emails. To charge £50 and then be uncontactable when someone is unhappy is so unprofessional and suspect. Avoid at all costs.
