I’m sorry, but environment was terrible, the work was terrible. The sheet they place underneath your arm/hand to catch any dust/dirt is supposed to be single used - but no, they carried on using the one from the previous customer. I thought I would get a proper “nail treatment”, there is no treatment. She violently scrubbed the surface of my nails, and even hurt my pinky and it bled. Nail art looks nothing like the photo reference I showed her. Will never come here again. So bad.

Not impressed at all. Had to get my nails done on the crumbs of the sandwich she had been eating, then the actual nails itself had no care to it. The finished product looks like it’s been done at home, even with a chip on one of the nails and uneven paint and filing. I won’t be coming here again, and am very disappointed a service like this would cost £53.
