I booked this app as my normal nail lady was unavailable. I was waiting over an hour after my app time. I’m understanding so didn’t mind. The salon is very dimly lit so couldn’t tell until I got home how bad my nails were. They are uneven, clumpy and already chipped. My skin has also been filed and cut which is really painful. It was rushed and it cost £50 for something I feel I could have done better myself. Really upset and have to go get them redone elsewhere this week. Would not recommend

was a big quiet therapy session room, service was alright but polish on my skin and glueing my nails to my skin, felt expensive for what it was.
