The lady was not aware I had booked an appointment and had to check to confirm. After waiting 15mins for my appointment I was finally seen. The treatment was rushed as the therapist had other eyebrow and facial threading to do. After the microdermabrasion I had a face musk which was nice however it was not relaxing as the therapist had to do threading after applying my face mask.. then left it too late because she was very busy with other clients. There was a lot of disruptions as she was leaving and coming back to the room several times.

After seeing mixed reviews was unsure but decided to give it a go and I’m so glad I did. Such good value for money- a gorgeous set of highlights and cut just how I wanted. Colour matched previously grown out highlights perfectly. Offered drinks the whole way through and ensured that I was kept comfortable. The owner is a gem. 🌟
