Very good blow dry, my hair are much more shinny and smooth and easy to straighten.
I was less happy with the reception who wanted me to pay more when I show her the receipt as she did not understand how treatwell was working (as I had used a gift voucher)...Thst took 30min to be solved.
Highly impressed with Guiliano. He was professional and polite. Both my daughter and myself were happy with her haircut and blow dry. Highly recommended.

I was highly impressed with the way Nara did my hair. She gave it a thorough wash and conditioning massage then followed it with a trim,blow dry and straighten. Not only was she professional but polite and kept making sure I was comfortable. Highly recommended.

They must change the name of the wax service name to ”NO PAIN WAX”! And I have such thick hair you would not believe me. Also the nail artist treated me so good that I would come back again. I will definitely come back. Finally a convenient, clean and lovable place. I tried most of the salons of Kilburn. They are n.1! Thank you!
