My head was like a patchwork quilt, so many different shades of brown, hair now looks amazing, all one colour and so shiny, and cut superb, felt a million dollars when I left the hairdressers, superb all round
The staff and lady doing my nails were lovely but the quality of the shellac manicure was terrible. The polish on one of my nails chipped off that same evening (I didn’t even do any cleaning or anything rough with my hands) and within two days the polish on three of my nails have already chipped. I’ve had shellac many times before and my nails have never chipped this quickly, and that includes instances in that past where I’ve been doing outdoor activities, going to the gym, doing the dishes, etc. The manicure was also “dry” so they didn’t let my fingers soak before working on my nails and cuticles, which I didn’t like. All of the tools used aren’t soaked in disinfectant and are reused immediately after the next client, which is bad hygiene and should be noted!
I really wanted to like this place but the quality of my manicure was severely lacking and I will not return.
