She was in a hurry and she didn't a proper eyebrows waxing. Not recommended.
The lady was very friendly and gave me good advice. I am very pleased with the outcome of my eyelash and eyebrow tint

I've read about other women leaving a salon in tears but hadn't experienced it myself until I came to Jackie and Co. I was scheduled for a hair styling with one of the Senior stylists as I had a big event that day for which I was going to be photographed extensively. I had brought a picture of the style which wasn't too complicated (some styled soft curles on one side of the face). First, the stylist I requested never showed up. The one I got only briefly glanced at the picture without asking any follow up questions. He used a straightener to make the curls (a curler eould have bern better) which made them too kinky and doll like. My hair was too much over my eyes and I asked for it to be more up to open up my face as that style suits me better. He only added more geometric curls. I asked him to make them softer and referred back to the picture. He straightened them out but did not style the hair. When ask for more styling he said they were very busy and essentially kicked me out of the salon even though I has 15 more minutes of my time. So basically I paid 36 pounds to get my hair washed and blow dried. Had to call a family member to get my hair redone. Worst experience ever! Would give 0 stars if I could.
I had the Hollywood waxing and I'm really happy with the result.
