I waited half an hour for the lady to arrive and then I got my Hollywood hot wax and my full leg wax. The people at the saloon are nice and so was the wax lady, the venue is clean but unfortunately they are not able to give a proper wax. The lady that I had was approximate and maybe in a rush because she was not delicate nor payed attention to detail, she used both hot wax and normal wax for the Hollywood but I payed more to have hot wax only. My skin is very delicate so I'd rather go to a professional saloon next time, and not pay 55 pounds for a bad wax.
