First, I booked the appoinment with the director so I paid slightly higher. But when I came I was informed the director is not in. They should not have put it as an option then. The hair was ok, I like the colour. But I had to wait for 45min - 1hr. The stylist was finishing another job, then got busy preparing the colour for a while without showing or verifying with me first the colour he used. Then he insisted that I get a haircut eventhough I said just the tips. He gave me a blow dry for free but was charged extra £20 for the cut. I don’t mind the hair colour but was not really happy with the overall experience.

Overall a good experience. The treatment doesn't seem to be sticking, though, which I don't understand given I didn't wash my hair for 4 days after treatment.
