Removal of the cuticles was a little excessive and left the skin around my fingers stinging for 10 mins or so when the primer was applied. The colour applied was different to the sample. On leaving the salon I spotted a couple of small imperfections. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to go back to highlight this though they may have been amenable to fixing this if made aware. Customer service wasn’t great - the nail technician kept answering calls on her phone throughout and I wasn’t offered a tea/coffee or water on arrival or during my appt.
