I was ushered into a room by a rushed beautician who left a roll of dirty paper on the end of the bed, only replacing half of it. The wax was far too hot and the beautician kept applying and burning me without checking and also using strips when I had requested hot wax. The end result left me uncomfortable and with an unsatisfactory finish.

It was the second time I visited Jackie and Co, after the very satisfactory first visit. Today, I have left the saloon very unhappy for various reasons.
First is that the nail artist started filing my nails without asking the shape that I want before hand, and as a result made half of them square. Then when I told her round, she could not make them actually round. Half of my nails are round, other square and some no specific shape.
Then for the color I am not also happy as she was applying the color so slow, that the color from the first nails is gathered in the corners, as she was delaying to put my hand in the light for them to dry.
Last, the whole process took 1 hour and 15 minutes and I have not included the time for removing the previous shellac.
She was not wearing gloves and there were times that she was actually scratching my nails with her own nails.
I was trying to explain to her but unfortunately she could not speak English so I was not able to hell her what needed to be corrected.
I will be returning to the saloon only if the other nail artist is available. I feel really sorry for this review but I am not happy with my nails and it is something that I don’t pay too much attention. Unfortunately, this time they are bad and I really feel I have wasted my money.
I won’t mention the names of the artists but there is a chance that you may book an appointment with the good one.

Love getting my nails done here. Good value and staff. Although it does take quite a long time

This is the third time I went for a pedicure with Andrea. I have never been disappointed. She always take her time and does a amazing job. I recommend Andrea very highly.
