Result wise the Brazilian Blow Dry did its job. However the lady handling my hair was also getting her own hair coloured so I ended up waiting for 20 minutes on 2 occasions while she got her hair washed, which was a bit frustrating. Layla herself was very kind and attentive and did my final straightening and would recommend paying extra to get it done from her directly.

I decided to try Jackie & Co after my regular stylist at a salon in Charing Cross had retired and I wanted to go somewhere closer to home. I was encouraged by the good reviews and was not disappointed. The salon is large and relaxed, with very comfortable chairs and I even got a cup of tea! It's great value too. Needless to say, I plan to return :)

Lay La is a gem in your salon! She is very good in her craft and customer relation wise as well. She treated each customer with great care and respect.
