I had hair colour and cut yesterday. Everyone in the salon was friendly. Haircut was fine, but the hair colour- initially, I paid for full head colours, but I showed the photo of the hair that I wanted, I needed highlights. What was agreed upon was for me to have low lights and roots. I don’t think I had the roots done properly, I thought I did at first, then my husband had a look at the back, greys were still there unfortunately.

Lovely staff. The Mini Mani was listed as being 30 minutes but it took over an hour! Unusual way of doing nails - paints over the edges and cuticles and then goes around the nails with a stick and wool with remover on. V friendly staff. Got the impression they were rushed and under staffed.
