The treatment itself was very good and you could tell the staff were well-trained, however, I went on a Saturday and the treatment took a lot longer than expected because it appeared there had been some double booking.
Apart from the time, the treatment was a great value and I would recommend.

They charge me the same with haircut than without. Having said that the hairdresser was really nice

Love Layla's work, she is a fantastic hairdresser and I always feel well looked after and confident in her doing my hair. My only comment would be that the management tend to over-book the staff, and the salon becomes jammed with bookings while the poor staff are over-worked with the client's ending up waiting a long time to have their service complete. It risks driving away loyal customers when you can see staff are being forced to rush treatments and look stressed.
