I arrived for my appointment and was told by the very rude owner that the technician supposed to do my pedicure was on holiday. She acted as if this was MY fault, and the only solution offered was that if I waited 1.5 hours she might be able to do it herself. I asked why nobody had called to tell me not to come/ reschedule my appointment and she just shrugged and said "I don't know what to tell you!". An absolute waste of my morning- will not return and encourage you to avoid!!
Had a haircut and finish with Mariah and I am very pleased! The length of hair trimmed off was exactly as I requested (she tripple checked it with me, which is always good) and the blow dry I had was the best I ever had and lasted until the next wash. Great service, friendly staff, very recommended!
