My appointment was delayed by over half an hour. Staff wasn't professional (except of my massagist). I was over charged for a manicure that was literally just filing my nails and a colour...
They couldn't find my booking and the staff not immediately looked very friendly. However, they eventually warmed up to me and were very nice. I'm very happy with the colour and blow dry - very good quality price value.
Very busy place. Lady who did my wax was pleasant and professional. At paying time there was a confusion on payment as in how much I was meant to pay since The lady used white chocolate wax on me which is more than a strip wax. I wanted a strip wax. So they agreed I would pay for the original price for the strip wax.
