I booked in for 11AM on a Sunday and they opened shop at about 11.05. I had to wait a little while for a hairdresser to turn up, and the haircut felt a little rushed. The staff were friendly and I'm happy with the haircut, I was there to get it trimmed.

Lovely place with great staff and my Shellac nails turned out great. However, for a beauty salon I would have expected more hygienic environment. The station I was sitting at was a bit untidy and I could see dirty brushes mixed with clean ones. The UV machines were dirty with traces of previous users and the pad I rested my hands was spotty. I will definitely return as I'm not put off by these kind of things and the result is great but it might be worth tidying up every now and then.

My hair is beautiful, lovely salon and I will be back! Only problem was that there was some confusion about how I prepaid on treatwell and I had to go through my online banking to prove I had prepaid.
