I was extremely satisfied with the way Estella did my daughter’s hair. She was thorough and professional. A real asset to this salon.
Unfortunately the receptionist Ana was extremely impolite and rude to me. She said that I hadn’t paid the correct amount for the treatment I had done even though it was booked on Treatwell. She then went on to argue with me and was confrontational and and verbally abusive. People like her shouldn’t be doing this job if they’re unhappy and have no customer service skills. I can now see why the employee turnover is so high.
Extremely disappointed with this service. Upon my first booking I turned up to be told the beautician had gone home, clearly awful organisation by the salon. There was absolutely no apology or means to try and help or reschedule my appointment. I then unwillingly booked in again as this is my closest salon and I had no other options as I needed the treatment very quickly. On this second visit, I had to then wait 1 hour to be seen for my 2pm appointment and in the end had to leave as I had to get back to work. Again, there was no apology, or pre warning that the beautician was running late, and no regard to the fact I had a booking and was just left to sit there. It seems as though this salon takes no real consideration when working with Treatwell bookings, and just takes your money without having a proper booking system. in my experience it’s simply not worth your money or your time.
