Although I booked a few days before my appointment, my booking was not in their system so I was offered to have my nails done with Katherine instead of Dorina who usually does my nails. I must admit I was a bit worried because last time I was there a customer was complaining after Katherine finished her nails. But luckily I didn't have any issues and my nails look great so thank you.
My beauty therapist was not there when I arrived, so I had to wait 15 minutes. The manicure was good, but I was brought downstairs immediately after when my nails were not dry for eyebrow waxing. I was then put under pressure to have threading instead of waxing as the wax had not been heated up. I had paid in advance and waxing was more expensive so I was understandably unhappy. Also, I had to use my fingers to hold the skin while she threaded, so nails were smudged. Ended up taking the nail polish off when I got home as it was such a mess. General atmosphere of things being rushed. Would not return.
Booked a full shellac. Dorina did a great job as usual and I love my nails.
My nails are perfect and I'm a tricky customer. Very skilled therapist who takes time to do a great job x
It does not even deserve one star! Horrible experience. I would never recommend the place to anyone. They forgot my appointment and was delayed for 30 mins and had to reschedule. Then, they forgot my appointment again but they finally took me in only to give me a horrible quality job in shellac manicure. The colour is coming off, they were not even acknowledging their bad work to offer an alternative and I paid £23 for nothing. Hygiene was also horrible and experience ruined my day. Last thing, when I first went on my original appointment and none was there, I called to say that I am waiting on the number they had given me only to find out that this was the wrong number.
