Good treatment though I wish a description was available somewhere - I didn't realize a japanese manicure didn't include polish!
When I arrived the salon did not know about my booking. They phoned the manicurist but I had to wait over an hour for her to arrive for my appointment.
She was very sweet and did a great job on my toes but she didn't buff my heels at all, which is what I would expect for a full pedicure.
Great place and friendly / welcoming staff. Good value for money. However the finish of shellac manicure was a little below expectations with colour polish surrounding the edges of the finger nails and along cuticle line. But otherwise friendly staff.
The shellac manicure I received was of a high standard and the attention to detail was great, however was let down by the beautician complaining her items had been moved by other co workers and blaming the nail polish for having hairs in it. The additional staff were also sat around on their phones speaking in a foreign language which didn't create a very nice ambience but that's just me.
