I tried to give my 13 months a hair cut. She only managed to cut her fringe and it was too short than what i asked for.
And she told me she is moving a lot we won't be able to cut it anymore although i was holding her still, and asked me to come in like 6 months.
And she told me at this age they will always have a bad haircut! I am not sure why the booking is opened for this age if it can't be done! I lost my day for nothing.

Leanne really took time to understand what I wanted from the Baylage and cut. She explained the process really well. Very knowledgeable and professional. Really pleased with ny baylage and cut. Loving my hair again. Would recommend Leanne and Cabell.
