First of all, I booked the appt online and arrived within 15 mins of making it so thank you for taking me so last minute. Amy was lovely and made me feel at ease even though I was anxious about the results. The colour result after the first toner wasn’t quite right but Amy put another on and the result was great. The girls explained the process and what was achievable and what to expect. The salon was clean and the atmosphere was relaxed. There was free parking outside. Wonderful experience!
