I had exactly the same colour as I wanted n Sarah is very good in giving you that feel n touch.
I also saw some grey hairs after my 1st wash n I called the salon n informed about it. They were pleased to know about it n gave me 2nd appointment the same week to correct it. I was so humbled n she worked on 2nd time on my hair. I am very pleased n satisfied. I didn't have to pay again. I am touched by their work n gesture. Highly recommend it.
