The salon had a couple of children in, so it wasn’t the relaxing experience I am used to. Staff managed it well. I understand as the salon is close to a childcare facility. My cut was good and my hairdresser was professional.

I just wanted to refresh my hair cut after months of cut by Rhiannan very pleased. I was very happy. Haircut this time became disaster. No straight, no shape, Only cut from the bottom much more than I ask for. Next Day I HadToVisitAnotherHairdresser.

Was a lovely experience on the whole. My stylist didn't get the colour quite how I wanted but was so gracious when I asked for a correct and did a brilliant job of getting it to where I wanted.
I was grateful to have been listened to and such quick action taken to help remedy which in reality was the addition of a toner.
