Firstly I got the feeling when we arrived it was all about how quick we could be in and out.
Tommy was rude I asked for my sons hair to still be quite long and he said that with a top not it should be short at the sides which I said i dint want. He proceeded to cut as he wished, short and not what I asked for. He then said a child's hair cut is usually the ends off.
Both himself and the woman in the shop then decided to discuss me when i left the shop which i could hear

Fantastic keratin treatment. Tommy was great at making you feel at ease and the salon had taken all the precautions post-lockdown. Will come back again!
