Was a lovely experience on the whole. My stylist didn't get the colour quite how I wanted but was so gracious when I asked for a correct and did a brilliant job of getting it to where I wanted. I was grateful to have been listened to and such quick action taken to help remedy which in reality was the addition of a toner.
