The visit to California beauty was an experience I won’t forget. The therapist was lovely and knew her job. The entrance to the salon was terrible the stairwell is horrendous and in need of a good clean.The salon itself was very dark and dingy and I had to use my phone to see the card which I had to fill my details on in the waiting area. The room which I had my treatment was ok but the street noise totally blocked the sound of the relaxing music. The worst was the toilet which I used it was disgusting and the toilet seat is completely broken and yet still put on the toilet for people to sit on. I would never use this salon again or recommend to any family or friends
