Treatment room was nice and relaxing and the staff were pleasant. However, the treatment itself wasn't great. It was haphazard, like it was being made up on the spot. It also felt rushed, both of my arms were massaged within about 3 minutes. I'm certain my treatment wasn't an hour long, as I checked the time before I had lay down and I was lying in the treatment room for around 10 minutes before the therapist came in but the lady said it was an hour, so I'll have to take her word for that. Overall, not a great experience. It was half price as I booked last minute but if I had paid £50 for it, I would be really unhappy.

Booked in with Janey for dermplaning. I've had the treatment elsewhere before but I have to say this is definately the best result so far! they also kindly gave me a face peel on a problem area of skin and advice on how to help my skin. Skin is smooth and glowing. Also the scalp massage is so relaxing. Happy days, a wee hidden gem.

The experience commenced with a rough start. Nobody answered the door to enter the building. Thankfully someone who was entering the building let me in. I reached the third floor and knocked on the door only to have no answer back. I called Treatwell and I was informed the staff will be in 2 minutes. After 5 minutes I was attended by a staff (Jeany). She was very apologetic for the delay and explained the staff who was meant to give me the treatment got overrun by a previous treatment. Jeany, was kind and welcoming and showed me to the massage room which looked very cozy. I told her about my back problem and she modified the massage accordingly and seemed like she knew what was totally doing. She took great effort in treating my muscle knots. And also did a bit more extra massage for the time I waited without any answer which was very kind of her.
