The only complaint I’d have is the amount of stairs to climb if you’re disabled or have mobility issues. You have to get someone to help u access the lift and that only works for 2 flights of stairs, there’s still 2 flights you have to climb down. And it’s a bit hard to get to it but the treatment was professional and the person that did my treatment was lovely and I saw a pretty good effect from the dermaplaning
