The nails themselves were good but they were running 20 minutes late (I didn't say anything because I wasn't in a rush and pretty happy chilling on my phone) but then they were really rude when I was having the treatment. The woman doing my nails would stop every couple minutes to text or make a phone call. Then her and another staff member proceeded to make fun of me until I was in tears. I've never done a poor review because I feel too bad but I really don't want anyone else experiencing this

Sadly my experience wasn’t great, my appointment started later than booked and within a week the gel has chipped off a nail and another is peeling away. I feel like my gel manicure was rushed and therefore the quality didn’t come through. Whilst the staff were nice, it felt like they had accepted too many customers which meant that it was a half hearted treatment. Some had waited 90 minutes to be seen (although they were walk in and pre appointments were prioritised).
