Booked a facial for myself was made very welcome and looked after but room was very small and you can hear all the noise outside in fact my beautician left the room to tell other staff to be quiet, also when lying on the bed there is no ceiling so you can see all the workings. The beautician was lovely and very good but did find it a bit difficult to relax. Mani Pedi was very good do like their massage chairs and the choice of colours

It was pretty bad, the therapist was inexperienced, she cut my toe and said because I moved my toe.... The tools are not clean. Overall it was pretty horrific. I didn't feel they did anything to my foot. It didn't worth £35 for sure. Definitely avoid this salon. Highly not recommended.

A bit disappointed in general. The napkin I have to put my hands on had oily stains. All the tools used for me were directly put in a drawer without being sanitised beforehand. The nail polish I choose first was obviously too old and spoiled. Then I had to choose another one which was again i similar state. The girl tried with 3 layers and still my nails look very bad. If there was a chance to post a picture here you would have seen how it looks like. It is not smooth even... very disappointed..
