Never again! Worse experience. I paid £50 to get lashes that are literally falling out on the same installation day?! How is this even possible? Lucy was soo rude, she told me to fan my lashes because it was busy: mind you I paid and book appointment online so I expect fair treatment. What’s the point of booking online then? Not only that, the fact that they speak in their language is also very unprofessional. But if she did a good job with the lashes, I would have been happy. Not acceptable

Lovely customer service! the finishing could have been a little neater. Just a tidy up around the edges of my nails after the polish was applied would have been great for a cleaner finish but all in all a good manicure
